Payments

 We do NOT accept personal checks on the same day of the service. Personal checks will be accepted 10 business days before the date of the service. For your convenience we do accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express.  
 
 
 

Deposits
A 50% deposit is required to put your reservation into the booking schedule. The remaining 50% is due one week before the scheduled date of service.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
If there is a cancellation, there will be NO REFUND on the deposits. The driver may at any time terminate the charter due to rowdy or out of control passengers, with NO REFUND.

CASH REFUNDS will NOT be issued for services rendered. Once you make a deposit, we will not over-book the limousine, or cancel your reservation except for weather conditions such as a snow storm or an accident. In the case of an accident, we will do our best to provide you with transportation from another company. If we cannot do this, you will receive a 100% refund.
